CrossFit/Group Training PLUS
The best of both worlds! Our amazing group training with the benefit of one, two or 4 personal training sessions per month. This is your chance as an athlete to work on problem areas or fine tune your skills in an aspect of your training that you are passionate about. Our coaches are past/current competitors in Olympic Weightlifting and Powerlifting and we are constantly taking courses/workshops in gymnastics/mobility/nutrition and a variety of other disciplines to help you become better at what interests you! Your coach will keep you honest by revisiting your goals each and every month.
